President and co-founder of USCapital Energy, Inc., Brian was formerly a partner with Church Richter Energy and senior exploration geologist with Energy Reserves Group. Brian holds a masters from Colorado School of Mines and a bachelors degree from the University of Texas at Austin. He has been a resident in the Denver, Colorado area for 30 years.

Co-founder of USCapital Energy, Inc., Mark is involved in the day to day management of the company. Mark is the founder and president of Paradox Futures LLC and is a former law partner in a prominent South Texas law firm. He served as a commissioner of the Port of Corpus Christi from 1995-2000. Mark holds a law degree from Duke University and a bachelors degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

Bill is an original shareholder of USCapital Energy, Inc. and is a financial advisor to the company. He is a former owner and financial officer of several automobile dealerships in Corpus Christi, Texas, which were sold in 2003. Bill is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
